Prompt vs. System Audit
This is for you if…
- ✓You've asked ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for help with a real task and got something that sounded great but changed nothing.
- ✓There's a job your team repeats every week — following up leads, answering the same customer questions, reviewing documents, writing quotes or reports.
- ✓You want an honest answer on whether AI can do it well before you pay anyone to build anything.
What You Get
Not a slide deck. Evidence from your own work, and a clear answer.
A map of the workflow
One working session to pin down the job, the people involved, what "good" looks like, and what a mistake would cost you.
Your current approach, as it is
The prompts and tools you use today, run on your real examples — the baseline everything else is compared against.
The engineered version
A working prototype built around your data, your rules, and your voice, with checks on what it produces.
A side-by-side on your real cases
Both versions run on 10–20 of your own examples and scored against criteria we agree before I start, so the result can't be fudged.
An independent review
The prototype and my conclusions are checked by a second AI model before you see them. You get the review record — what it found and what changed.
A written verdict and a fixed price
Build it, use what you already have better, or don't build it — with the reasons. If a build makes sense, a fixed price in writing.
About Ten Business Days
Day 1
Kickoff
Working session on the workflow and the success criteria.
Days 2–7
Build and run
Baseline recorded, engineered version built, both run on your cases.
Day 8
Independent check
Second-model review of the prototype, the scoring, and my conclusions.
Day 10
Readout
Results, the written verdict, and a fixed build price if it's warranted.
Paid in full at kickoff. The clock starts once I have your examples.
Three Possible Answers
Build it
A fixed price in writing — most builds start at $7,500 — with the $2,500 credited if you sign within 60 days of the readout. Then, if you want it, measured operation at $1,500 a month per workflow (three-month minimum) to keep it honest.
Use what you have, better
Sometimes the right answer is a better way to use the tools you already pay for. You keep the improved setup from the audit.
Don't build it
If AI can't do this job reliably enough to be worth it, I'll say so and show you why — before you spend real money finding out.
Questions
What if the answer is "don't build it"? +
Then you've learned it for $2,500 instead of after a build. You still get the comparison on your own cases and the reasons — and often a better way to use the tools you already pay for.
What does a build cost if we go ahead? +
Most builds start at $7,500, priced in writing before any work begins. If you sign within 60 days of the readout, the full $2,500 comes off the build.
Do I need to be technical? +
No. You need to know your business and be able to share examples of the work. I handle everything technical and explain it in plain English.
What do you need from me? +
10–20 real examples of the work (redacted is fine), a description of the tools you use today, and a decision-maker at the kickoff and the readout. About two hours of your time in total.
What about confidential information? +
A mutual NDA is available before you share anything. Your examples are used only for your audit.
What's not included? +
Production deployment, connecting to your live systems, more than one workflow, and a strategy deck. The audit answers one question well: is this worth building, and what would it cost?
